Why Customers Love Wyoming Building Supply
Wyoming Building Supply did more than just supply me with new cabinets for my kitchen remodel. After measuring my kitchen they showed me the different options that I had and custom designed my entire remodel. I went in looking for cabinet options and came out with solution for counter tops, fixtures and the entire project.
Thank you guys for your help and I'll be back when it's time to fix up the rest of the house!

Scott Fairchild
The first kitchen they installed for us was 13 years ago and we werre so pleased with it that we had then install the kitchen, windows and bathrooms at our new house 10 years ago. Used them again last year when we upgraded to Granite counter tops! Always excellent service and workmanship and we would not use any other company.

Wyoming Building Supply has installed 5, yes 5!. kitchens and 9 bathrooms for us since 1995. 3 of the kitchen remodels were in rental units and two were personal homes. The also built and installed the shelving and display units at the bar in DSASUMO...awesome!! We have always received the best customer service. pricing and design from them. Would highly recommend that you check with them, if you have not already done so, for your remodel or new construction design.

John Dolan
I had my kitchen remodeled by Wyoming Building Supply and I couldn’t be happier from planning and designing to the full execution of my new custom cabinets and counter tops!
Natalie Navarro
My wife and I picked out cabinets for our new house here. Russ is phenomenal! Just extremely helpful, very professional, articulate, and a whiz with the design software to design the kitchen. Very awesome experience! I only removed a star because whoever the woman is that answers the phone there is rude every single time. Just as an example, I called for Russ and asked if he was available, she said he was not, so I asked when he might be, and she told me she doesn't schedule appointments... I never asked for an appointment or even for her to take a message, just when he might be in so I could call again.
Brent M
Very nice to deal with! Anxious to get windows!

Travis Evers
I worked with WBS (Brent) for over 7 years with our kitchen, and bathroom needs for cabinetry and countertops. We also installed a lot of Sierra Pacific Windows in new homes and remodel's. They always stood behind their product and would take care of us. After having a injurie effect my ability to do contracting, I now work at WBS and look forward to working with you on our products.
Caleb Bartosh
After searching high and low for new vanities for my bathrooms, my contractor recommended Wyoming Building Supply. I went to the showroom in Cheyenne and was assisted by Allie. She was very helpful and came to my home to do measurements and came up with designs based off of those and some of the selections I made in the showroom. She was extremely tolerant of me flip-flopping on my countertop choices and in the end, I settled on two beautiful vanities.
You can tell these are quality cabinets that will last until long after I’m gone.
Denice Olson
Michael is very knowledgeable, helpful and stays on top of what's going on during the whole process. The company and workers who installed our countertop were professional; the whole process from ordering, manufacturing and installing took only one month and we are very happy with the end result!
Marion Severson

Dallen Neese
Great customer service. When the factory couldn't deliver in the time quoted, they quickly manufactured an alternative and gave me 1/2 price. I asked for a specific delivery time and date to help my installer and WBS complied. But when my carpenter had a melt down and walked out on the job half down, WBS came to my rescue, dropping other things and arriving the next day to install my sink. WBS saved me. I had multiple guests coming and when my carpenter walked away because the job was too hard for him, I was left with no installed kitchen sink. Thank you WBS for your great service and attention to my job.
Leslie

Frequently Asked Questions
Some of the materials that customers often choose include granite, quartz, corian, and laminate. Here are a few benefits of these materials:
Granite: Known for its durability and natural beauty, granite is a preferred choice for many. It comes in various colors and patterns and is resistant to heat, stains, and scratches.
Quartz: Engineered quartz countertops are non-porous, low-maintenance, and available in a wide range of colors and patterns. They are highly durable and resistant to stains and scratches.
Solid Surface: Solid surface materials like Corian offer a seamless look and are easy to repair if scratched or damaged. They are available in a variety of colors and can be custom-designed.
Laminate: Laminate countertops are affordable and come in various colors and patterns. They are relatively easy to clean and install, making them a budget-friendly choice.
The type of laminate material you select may depend on factors such as budget, style preferences, maintenance requirements, and the specific needs of your bathroom.
Selecting the right countertop material depends on several factors, including budget, style, durability, maintenance, and more. Before you settle on a specific material, consider:
Budget: Determine how much you're willing to spend. Some materials are more expensive than others, so setting a budget will help narrow down your options.
Style: Consider the aesthetic you want for your bathroom. Do you prefer a classic, modern, or rustic look? Different materials offer various styles and colors.
Durability: Think about how much wear and tear the countertop will face. If it's a high-traffic bathroom, you might want a more durable and resilient material.
Maintenance: Consider how much time and effort you're willing to invest in maintenance. Some materials, like granite and quartz, are low-maintenance, while others, like marble, may require more care.
Resistance: Assess the material's resistance to common bathroom elements like moisture, heat, and chemicals. For example, quartz is non-porous and highly resistant to stains, while marble is more susceptible to staining.
Color and Pattern: Choose a material that complements your bathroom's color scheme and design. Most materials offer a variety of colors and patterns.
Longevity: Think about how long you intend to stay in your current home. Some materials, like marble, may develop a patina over time, while others, like quartz, will look the same for years.
Consult a Professional: If you're uncertain, contact us for a free consultation with one of our designers. We can provide expert advice based on your specific needs and budget.
By considering these factors, you can make an informed decision that aligns with both your practical requirements and style preferences.
To find a bathroom countertop that matches your design, color scheme, and pattern, consider your overall style, cabinetry and fixtures, lighting, space size, and maintenance preferences.
Overall Bathroom Style: The countertop should complement the overall style of your bathroom. For a modern bathroom, sleek and solid-colored countertops often work well, while a rustic bathroom may benefit from natural stone with subtle patterns.
Cabinetry and Fixtures: Take into account the color and style of your bathroom cabinets, vanities, and fixtures. Your countertop should harmonize with these elements. Coordinating or contrasting colors can create a visually appealing look.
Lighting: Consider the lighting in your bathroom. Natural light and artificial lighting can affect how the countertop color appears. Test samples under your bathroom's specific lighting conditions to ensure the chosen color looks good in all lighting scenarios.
Space Size: Lighter-colored countertops can make a small bathroom appear more spacious, while darker colors can add coziness. The size of your bathroom and the effect you want to achieve should influence your choice.
Maintenance: Some colors and patterns may hide stains and smudges better than others. Consider your willingness and ability to maintain the countertop's appearance when choosing a color.
Personal Preference: Ultimately, your personal taste plays a significant role. If you're drawn to a specific color or pattern, it's important to incorporate it into your design as long as it aligns with other practical considerations.
Longevity: Some colors and patterns may be trendy at the moment but could become outdated quickly. If you plan to stay in your home for a long time, you might want to opt for a timeless, classic look.
Resale Value: If you plan to sell your home in the future, consider what colors and patterns are more universally appealing to potential buyers. Neutral tones often have a broader appeal.
Contrast: A little contrast can add visual interest. A light countertop against dark cabinets or vice versa can create an appealing focal point.
Consult a Professional: If you're uncertain, contact us for a free consultation with one of our designers. We can provide expert advice based on your specific needs and budget.
By carefully considering these factors, you can choose a countertop color and pattern that not only looks great but also functions well in your bathroom.
The average lifespan of bathroom countertops can vary based on the material used, maintenance, and the level of wear and tear. Here are some general guidelines:
Laminate Countertops: Although more affordable, theytypically have a shorter lifespan of 10 to 20 years. They may show signs of wear and damage sooner.
Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, etc.): Natural stone countertops are incredibly durable and can last for several decades, sometimes even a lifetime. However, they may require periodic sealing and maintenance to preserve their appearance.
Quartz and Solid Surface: Engineered quartz and solid surface countertops are known for their durability and can last for 20 to 30 years or more. They are relatively low-maintenance.
It’s generally time to replace bathroom countertops when you notice visible damage, have hygienic concerns, need more space, or simply wish to update your bathroom for your own use or to increase resale value.
Visible Damage: If your countertop is chipped, cracked, or has extensive stains that cannot be repaired, it may be time for replacement.
Outdated Appearance: If the countertop's color or style no longer matches your bathroom's aesthetic or has become outdated, consider a replacement for a fresher look.
Severe Wear and Tear: Over time, countertops can accumulate signs of wear, such as scuffs, scratches, and dents. If these become unsightly, replacement might be necessary.
Hygiene Concerns: In some cases, porous materials may become a concern if they develop mold or mildew due to improper maintenance or moisture exposure.
Change in Needs: If you’d like to add a double sink or want more counter space, it might be a good time to upgrade your countertop.
Resale Value: If you plan to sell your home, a dated or damaged countertop can negatively impact the value and appeal of your bathroom, making replacement a good investment.
Overall, the decision to replace your bathroom countertop depends on its condition, your budget, and your design preferences. Regular maintenance can extend its lifespan, so it's important to follow care guidelines for your specific countertop material.
